Common questions

Anything else? Read all questions or contact us.

Do I need to know programming?

No. You build the estimator with forms: questions, answer options, your prices and packages. No code or formulas to write.

Where do the prices come from?

From you. Templates start with clearly marked sample prices, and you can't publish until you've replaced or confirmed them. We never use industry averages in your estimator.

Is the estimate a binding quote?

No. Customers see a preliminary estimate or range based on their answers and your prices, with your assumptions. Final pricing follows your normal assessment.

What happens when a customer doesn't know an answer?

You choose for each question: show a price range, use a stated assumption, or ask for an on-site assessment. A missing answer is never treated as zero or the cheapest option.
