For painting contractors
More painting calls, straight from your website
Put an interior painting estimator on your website. Homeowners count their rooms, choose ceilings and trim and see your paint packages with real prices in about a minute. You get the call, with the rooms and choices already described.

More calls from the same website
Homeowners who can see a price for their rooms are more likely to pick up the phone. Your estimator turns a browsing visit into an inquiry.
Fewer walk-throughs for nothing
People see your real numbers first, so the ones who book a walk-through already know the job fits their budget.
Estimates while you're painting
Your website prices rooms at night and on weekends, so your evenings aren't spent writing quotes, and the inquiry is waiting in the morning.
Inquiries ready to quote
Room counts, ceilings, trim and doors, wall condition, color change and the package they liked arrive with every lead.
Sell the premium paint
Standard and Premium paint side by side, with the longer warranty spelled out, makes the upgrade easy to see, so more people choose it.
Your prices, your rules
Your room prices, your minimum job and your packages. Walls with major damage go to an assessment instead of a guess.
Estimators for every painting job you sell
Start with the ready-made interior painting template, then add estimators for the other work you do.
Interior painting
Prices per room for each package, with ceilings, trim and doors, repairs and a big color change.
Kitchen cabinet painting
Price per door and drawer front, with a color change, new hardware and island panels as add-ons.
Deck and fence staining
Price per square foot of deck or per foot of fence, with washing and stain type as choices.
Commercial repaints
Offices and retail units priced by floor area, with after-hours work as a percentage.
Wallpaper removal

The painting estimator, as your customers see it
The number of small and large rooms, ceilings, trim and doors, wall condition (with “I don't know”), and a big color change.
Try it as a customer would
Fictional business and sample prices. Preliminary estimate based on the answers; final pricing follows an assessment.
What you control
- Prices per room for small and large rooms in each package.
- Ceilings, trim and doors priced per room when the customer wants them.
- A color change as a percentage of the room painting charge only.
- A repair allowance for walls that need some patching.
- Major repairs go straight to an assessment, and a minimum job price covers small jobs.
What stays with your visit
Room sizes and wall condition are the customer's description. The estimate states its assumptions, and your walk-through confirms the prep work, the colors and the final price.

More painting templates
Each starts with sample prices you replace with your own. Try one as a customer would, then use it free.
Exterior house painting
Two paint packages by home size, prep by surface, peeling, lead-safe work, color change, upper-story access, trim, doors and shutters; deck staining priced after a visit.
Drywall repair
Priced per repair by size, ceiling work, texture matching and painting after, with a minimum job; water damage goes to an assessment.
Painting questions
Why price by room instead of by square foot?
Most homeowners can count rooms but don't know their wall area. The template uses small and large rooms with a short guide. You can switch to a measurement question if you price by area.
How is a big color change priced?
As a percentage of the room painting charges, for the extra coat. Ceilings, trim and repairs aren't included in that percentage.
What if they don't know how much repair the walls need?
The template shows a range from no repairs to your repair allowance. Walls with major damage ask for an assessment instead of a price.
How do I avoid tiny jobs at a loss?
Set a minimum job price. No estimate shows less than it, and the result still lists what was chosen.
