For pest control companies
More pest control calls, straight from your website
Put a pest treatment estimator on your website. Customers pick the pest, their type of home and how bad it is, then see your one-time and seasonal prices in about a minute. You get the call while the problem is fresh, with the details already filled in.

Be the company they call first
Someone who just found mice wants a price now. When your website shows one, they call you instead of working down the list.
Less time on price-shopping calls
Customers see your real prices first, so the calls you take are from people ready to book a treatment.
Bookings while you're on a route
Pests show up at night and on weekends. Your website prices the treatment then, and the enquiry is waiting when you finish your last stop.
Enquiries ready to schedule
The pest, the type and size of home, how bad it is, bed bug rooms and the package they picked arrive with every lead.
Sell the seasonal plan
A one-time treatment and a seasonal plan side by side makes the ongoing plan easy to see, so more people choose it.
Your prices, your rules
Your treatment prices, your extras and your packages. Pests you don't treat, or can't identify, go to an inspection instead of a guess.
Estimators for every pest job you sell
Start with the ready-made pest control template, then add estimators for the other work you do.
Home pest treatment
One-time and seasonal prices by pest, home size and level of activity, with bed bugs per room and rodent sealing.
Wildlife removal
Raccoons, squirrels and bats priced by animal and entry point, with exclusion work and a one-way door as extras.
Mosquito and tick spraying
Yard treatments priced by lot size, as a single visit or a season of visits.
Wasp and hornet nests
A call-out price per nest, with extra nests and hard-to-reach locations as add-ons.
Commercial service contracts
Monthly or quarterly service for restaurants and offices, priced by floor area with a minimum.
Bed bug heat treatment
Priced per room or by home size, with prep help and a follow-up inspection as options.

Try it as a customer would
Fictional business and sample prices. Preliminary estimate based on the answers; final pricing follows an assessment.
What you control
- A treatment price for each pest in each package: one-time treatment and seasonal plan.
- Bed bugs priced per room, asked only when the customer picks bed bugs.
- Heavier activity as a percentage of the treatment price only.
- Larger homes and rodent sealing as fixed extras.
- Pests you don't treat, or can't identify go straight to an inspection.
What stays with your inspection
Customers don't always know what they're seeing or how far it has spread. The estimate states its assumptions, and your inspection sets the final treatment and price.
What your office receives
When you choose to collect contact details, the enquiry includes the pest, the home, how bad it is and the package price the customer saw.
- What pest are you dealing with?
- Mice or rats
- Type and size of home
- House under 2,000 sq ft
- How bad is it?
- I see them regularly
- Should we seal the entry points to keep rodents out?
- Yes
Fictional example. Your estimator decides whether to ask for contact details.
Pest control questions
What if the customer isn't sure what the pest is?
They can choose “I don't know” or “Something else”. Either way the estimate asks for an inspection instead of guessing at a treatment.
How are bed bugs priced?
The template asks how many rooms are affected, only when the customer picks bed bugs, and charges a setup price plus a price per room. Bed bugs aren't offered on the seasonal plan, because they need their own course of visits.
Does a heavy infestation cost more?
Yes, if you want it to. Regular and heavy activity add a percentage of the treatment price. If the customer doesn't know, the estimate shows a range from light to heavy.
Can I offer sealing for mice and rats?
Yes. The template asks about sealing entry points only when the pest is mice or rats, and adds your sealing price. You can change the price or remove the question.
