For pool and hot tub companies

More pool openings booked, straight from your website

Put a pool opening and closing estimator on your website. Pool owners pick the service, describe their pool, cover and water, and see your packages with real prices in about a minute. You get the call, with the job already described, even in your busiest weeks.

Why pool companies add an estimator

Turn website visitors into booked pool visits

More calls from the same website

Pool owners who can see a price are more likely to call. Your estimator turns a quick look at your site into a booked opening.

Fewer pricing calls in spring

Owners price their own opening or closing, so your office spends the busy weeks booking work instead of answering the same question.

Estimates while your crews are out

Owners plan pool season in the evening. Your website prices the job then, and the enquiry is waiting in the morning.

Enquiries ready to schedule

Service, pool type and size, cover, water condition and the package they picked arrive with every enquiry.

Sell the full-service package

Packages side by side make the chemical kit and the hot tub add-on easy to see, so more owners choose the complete service.

Your prices, your rules

Your service prices, size adjustments and packages. Leaks, damaged covers and equipment problems stay with your crew instead of a guess.

What you can build

Estimators for every pool and hot tub job you sell

Start with the ready-made pool opening and closing template, then add estimators for the other work you do.

Build your own

The pool estimator, as your customers see it

Fictional business and sample prices. Preliminary estimate based on the answers; final pricing follows an assessment.

What you control

  • Service prices for opening, closing or both, by pool type and package.
  • Pool size as a percentage of the service charge only.
  • Safety covers and hot tubs charged per visit.
  • Water condition charges, asked only for openings.
  • Package inclusions such as a start-up chemical kit, never charged twice.

What stays with your crew

Pool size and water condition are the owner's description. Equipment problems, leaks and damaged covers show up on the day. The estimate states its assumptions and isn't a booking.

What your office receives

When you choose to collect contact details, the enquiry includes the service, pool type and size, cover, water condition and the package price the customer saw.

Pool and hot tub questions

What if the owner doesn't know their pool size?

The template prices a medium pool and tells the customer you'll confirm the size. You can change the assumed size.

How are green pools handled?

Cloudy and green water each add your clean-up charge at opening. If the owner can't check under the cover, the estimate shows a range from clear to green.

Can I sell opening and closing together?

Yes. “Both” has its own price, so you can offer a better rate than two separate visits. Safety covers and hot tubs are charged for each visit.

Does it book the visit?

No. The estimator shows prices and can collect contact details. Your office confirms the date.
