More calls from the same website
Homeowners who can see a price are more likely to pick up the phone. Your estimator turns a browsing visit into an enquiry.
Fewer wasted site visits
People see your real numbers first, so the ones who call already know a new roof fits their budget.
Estimates while you're on a roof
Your website prices jobs at night and on weekends, and the enquiry is waiting when you're back on the ground.
Enquiries ready to quote
Roof area, material, pitch, storeys, tear-off layers and the package they liked arrive with every lead.
Sell the better roof
Standard, Enhanced and Premium side by side makes the upgrade easy to see, so more people choose it.
Your prices, your rules
Your rates, your minimum job and your packages. Anything you don't price goes to an inspection instead of a guess.

Try it as a customer would
Fictional business and sample prices. Preliminary estimate based on the answers; final pricing follows an assessment.
What you control
- Installed rates per square foot for each material and package, including your waste allowance.
- Tear-off priced by the number of layers, asked only when removal is needed.
- Steep roofs as a percentage of the roofing charge only.
- Access, decking and extras such as ice and water shield, with inclusions per package.
- Material and shape combinations you don't price go straight to an assessment.
What stays with your inspection
Roof area is the customer's estimate, and concealed damage can't be seen from the ground. The estimate states its assumptions, and your inspection sets the final price. Satellite measurement isn't part of the estimator.
What your office receives
When you choose to collect contact details, the enquiry includes the area, material, pitch, tear-off details and the package price the customer saw.

Roofing questions
What if the homeowner only knows their floor area?
The question asks for roof surface area and explains the difference. If they don't know, the estimate asks for an assessment rather than treating floor area as roof area.
Can I avoid charging waste twice?
Yes. Put waste into your installed rate and don't add a separate waste item, or the other way round. The template's rates include waste.
Does it price flat roofs?
The template prices membrane on flat or low-slope roofs and sends shingles or metal on a flat roof to an assessment. You choose which combinations to price.
What about hidden deck damage?
Customers can report soft spots or choose “I don't know”. The template then adds, or shows a range including, your repair allowance, and the result says the deck condition isn't confirmed.
