For landscaping companies
More landscaping calls, straight from your website
Put a lawn and garden estimator on your website. Homeowners measure their yard, choose the work they want and see your price in about a minute. You get the call, with the measurements already attached.

More calls from the same website
Homeowners who can see a price for their yard are more likely to get in touch. Your estimator turns a browsing visit into an enquiry.
Fewer wasted site visits
People see your real numbers first, so the ones who call already know a new lawn or garden fits their budget.
Estimates while you're on a job
Your website prices yards at night and on weekends, when homeowners plan their projects. The enquiry is waiting when you finish for the day.
Enquiries ready to quote
Lawn size, bed area, removal, ground condition, edging and access arrive with every lead.
Sell the bigger project
Show beds, edging and extras next to the lawn, so homeowners can add them while they're already planning.
Your prices, your rules
Your rates per square foot, your minimum job and your extras. Anything you don't price goes to a site visit instead of a guess.
Estimators for every landscaping job you sell
Start with the ready-made sod and garden template, or the fence installation template, then add estimators for the other work you do.
Sod and garden beds
Lawn area from length × width, removal of old grass, grading, garden beds, edging, access and a minimum job.
Seasonal cleanups
Spring and fall cleanups priced by yard size, with leaf removal, bed cleanup and haul-away as extras.
Weekly lawn care
Mowing and trimming by lawn size, with a price per visit and optional fertilizing or aeration.
Patios and walkways
Interlock or flagstone priced per square foot, with base preparation, steps and edge restraint.
Mulch and soil delivery
Price per cubic yard, with spreading as an option and a minimum delivery charge.
Retaining walls
Wall length and height with your rate per face foot. Taller walls go to an assessment.

Type of work, lawn length and width (feet or metres), removal of old grass, ground condition (with “I don't know”), garden bed area, edging, access and irrigation.
Try it as a customer would
Fictional business and sample prices. Preliminary estimate based on the answers; final pricing follows an assessment.
What you control
- Sod rates per square foot, with soil preparation built in. The lawn area is worked out from length × width.
- Removal and grading per square foot, asked only when the job includes a lawn.
- Garden beds and edging at your own rates. Plants stay off the estimate unless you add them.
- Tight access as a percentage of the lawn and bed work only.
- Irrigation goes to an assessment, and a minimum job price covers small yards.
What stays with your site visit
Measurements are the homeowner's, and soil, drainage and buried services can't be judged from a form. The estimate states its assumptions, and your visit sets the final price.
What your office receives
When you choose to collect contact details, the enquiry includes the type of work, lawn and bed measurements, ground condition, access and the price the customer saw.

Landscaping questions
Does it price plants and trees?
Not in the template. It prices bed preparation, landscape fabric and mulch, because planting choices vary so much. You can add your own questions and prices for planting.
What if the homeowner doesn't know their bed area?
The template prices 100 sq ft of beds and tells the customer that's an assumption you'll confirm on site. You can change the assumed area or ask for an assessment instead.
Why does irrigation go to an assessment?
Zones, water pressure and the supply line need a look first. If you sell standard sprinkler packages, you can price them instead.
We also build fences. Can we offer both?
Yes. Start a second estimator from the fence installation template. Each estimator has its own embed code and hosted link, so you can put them on different pages.
