For moving companies
More moving bookings, straight from your website
Put a moving estimator on your website. Customers pick their home size, enter the distance and the stairs, and see your moving and packing prices in about a minute. You get the booking request, with the move already described.

More bookings from the same website
People planning a move are more likely to get in touch when they can see a price. Your estimator turns a browsing visit into an enquiry.
Fewer wasted walkthroughs
People see your real numbers first, so the ones who book a walkthrough already know your price fits their budget.
Estimates while your crews are moving
Your website prices moves at night and on weekends, when people plan them. The enquiry is waiting when the office opens.
Enquiries ready to quote
Home size, distance, stairs, heavy items, moving day and the package they chose arrive with every lead.
Sell the packing too
Moving only and moving with packing side by side makes the full-service option easy to see, so more people choose it.
Your prices, your rules
Your prices by home size, your rates per kilometre and per flight, and your weekend charge. Long moves and hot tubs go to an assessment instead of a guess.
Estimators for every move you sell
Start with the ready-made local moving template, then add estimators for the other work you do.
Local moving
Prices by home size for moving only or moving with packing, distance, stairs, heavy items and weekends.
Packing only
Packing labour and boxes by home size, with fragile items and unpacking at the new home as extras.
Junk removal
Price by how much of a truck the load fills, with heavy items and stairs as extras and a minimum charge.
Single-item moves
Pianos, safes, appliances and furniture as fixed prices, with a rate per flight of stairs.
Office moves
Price per workstation, with IT equipment, furniture disassembly and after-hours moves as options.
Storage
Monthly storage by home size, with pickup and delivery priced per trip.

Try it as a customer would
Fictional business and sample prices. Preliminary estimate based on the answers; final pricing follows an assessment.
What you control
- A price for each home size in each package, with packing labour and materials built into the packing package.
- Distance and stairs as a rate per kilometre and a rate per flight.
- Heavy items such as upright pianos and safes as fixed extras.
- Weekend and holiday moves as a percentage of the home-size price only.
- Large homes, long distances, grand pianos and hot tubs go straight to an assessment.
What stays with your walkthrough
Home size is a rough guide to how much people own, and every home is different. The estimate states its assumptions, and your walkthrough, in person or by video, sets the final price.
What your office receives
When you choose to collect contact details, the enquiry includes the home size, distance, stairs, heavy items, moving day and the package price the customer saw.
- Size of the home you're moving from
- 2 bedrooms
- Driving distance between the two homes (km)
- 30
- Flights of stairs at both homes together
- 2
- Any heavy or special items?
- Upright piano
- Do you need storage between homes?
- No
- Moving day
- Weekend or holiday

Moving questions
We charge by the hour. Can I still use it?
Yes. Work out what a typical move of each home size takes you, with your crew and truck, and use that as the price for each size. Your estimate stays preliminary, and you confirm the final price before the move.
Where does a local move end and a long-distance move start?
You choose. The template sends moves over 80 km to an assessment, so long-distance work is never priced with local rates. Change the limit to suit your area.
What if the customer doesn't know the distance?
They can choose “I don't know”. The template then prices a 20 km move and says so on the result, so the customer knows the distance still needs confirming.
Can I price pianos and hot tubs?
Upright pianos and safes are fixed extras in the template. Grand pianos and hot tubs go to an assessment because they need a look first. You decide which items to price and which need a visit.
