For concrete and masonry contractors
More patio and concrete calls, straight from your website
Put a concrete patio estimator on your website. Homeowners measure the area, say what's there now and see your finishes side by side with real prices in about a minute. You get the call, with the measurements already attached.

More calls from the same website
Homeowners who can see a price for their patio are more likely to pick up the phone. Your estimator turns a browsing visit into an enquiry.
Fewer measuring trips for nothing
People see your real numbers first, so the ones who ask for a visit already know the job fits their budget.
Estimates while you're pouring
Your website prices patios and walkways at night and on weekends, and the enquiry is waiting when the forms come off.
Enquiries ready to quote
Project type, length and width, what's being removed, steps, slope, access and the finish they liked arrive with every lead.
Sell the better finish
Broom finish, exposed aggregate and stamped side by side makes the upgrade easy to see, so more people choose it.
Your prices, your rules
Your rates, your minimum job and your finishes. Retaining walls and structural work go to an assessment instead of a guess.
Estimators for every concrete and masonry job you sell
Start with the ready-made concrete patio template or the driveway sealing template, then add estimators for the other work you do.
Concrete patios and walkways
Price per square foot by finish from length × width, with removal, steps, slope, access and a minimum job.
Concrete driveways
Driveways priced by area and finish, with removal of old asphalt or concrete and a thicker slab as an option.
Interlocking pavers
Patios and walkways priced per square foot by paver style, with base preparation and borders as extras.
Garden and seat walls
Low decorative walls priced per linear foot by block type, with caps and steps as add-ons.
Garage and shed slabs
Slab size by length × width, with thickness, reinforcement and removal of an old pad as options.
Repairs and resurfacing
Crack repair, step rebuilds and resurfacing priced by area, with badly damaged slabs sent to an assessment.
The concrete patio estimator, as your customers see it
Type of project, length and width (feet or metres), what's there now, steps, slope and truck access (with “I don't know”), and a check for structural work.
Try it as a customer would
Fictional business and sample prices. Preliminary estimate based on the answers; final pricing follows an assessment.
What you control
- Rates per square foot for each finish. The area is worked out from length × width.
- Removal of old concrete or pavers, each at its own rate.
- Steps priced each, by finish.
- Sloped ground as a percentage of the concrete work only, and a fixed charge for tight access.
- Retaining walls and structural concrete go to an assessment, and a minimum job price covers small pours.
What stays with your site visit
Measurements are the homeowner's, and soil, drainage and what's under old concrete can't be seen from a form. The estimate states its assumptions, and your visit sets the final price.
What your office receives
When you choose to collect contact details, the enquiry includes the project type, dimensions, what's being removed, steps, slope, access and the price the customer saw.

Concrete and masonry questions
Can I offer different finishes?
Yes. The template shows broom finish, exposed aggregate and stamped side by side, each with its own rate per square foot and step price. You can rename, remove or add finishes.
How is sloped ground priced?
As a percentage of the concrete work only, not of removal, steps or access. If the homeowner isn't sure, the estimate shows a range.
What about retaining walls?
Retaining walls and concrete that supports a building show an assessment message instead of a price, since they may need an engineer or a permit.
Can the shape be irregular?
The template uses one rectangle. For L-shapes or curves, customers can enter the overall size, and you confirm the details at your visit.
