From your price sheet to your website in an afternoon

    Pick your trade

    Start from one of our 17 trade templates, or a blank estimator. A template copies its questions, packages and sample prices into your own private draft.

    Set your questions and prices

    Word the questions the way your customers talk. Enter base prices per package, extras, rates per foot or square foot, percentages and a minimum job. Blank prices are flagged, never treated as zero.

    Decide what “I don't know” does

    For each question, show a price range, use a stated assumption, or ask for an assessment. Situations that always need a site visit can stop the estimate and ask for one instead.

    Test jobs you've already priced

    Answer as a customer would and see every price item, minimum and rounding step by step. Compare with quotes you've sent before you go live.

    Publish and put it on your website

    Drafts are private until you publish. Paste two lines into your website, or share the hosted link. Your first estimator is free; subscribe for unlimited.

    Get enquiries ready to quote

    You decide whether to ask for contact details. Each enquiry arrives with the customer's answers, the price they saw and, if you offer it, the day they'd like you to come out.

What you need before starting

  • Your installed prices or rates for the services you'll show.
  • The options you actually offer: materials, packages, add-ons.
  • Your business name, website and logo.
  • Access to edit your website, or the person who maintains it.

Saving vs publishing

Saving keeps a private draft only your team can see and preview. Publishing makes a specific version live for customers, and later edits don't change it until you publish again.
