More calls from the same website
Homeowners who can see a ballpark for their renovation are more likely to book a consultation. Your estimator turns a browsing visit into an enquiry.
Fewer wasted consultations
People see your real packages first, so the ones who book already know the project fits their budget.
Estimates while you're on site
Homeowners plan renovations in the evening. Your website answers them then, and the enquiry is waiting in the morning.
Enquiries ready to quote
Room size, the upgrades they want, the age of the home and the package they liked arrive with every lead.
Sell the better package
Three packages side by side, with upgrades like a heated floor, make the step up easy to see and easy to choose.
Your prices, your rules
Your packages, your upgrades and your minimum job. Anything you don't price, like moving fixtures, goes to an assessment instead of a guess.

Try it as a customer would
Fictional business and sample prices. Preliminary estimate based on the answers; final pricing follows an assessment.
What you control
- Package prices by room size, from a powder room to a large ensuite.
- Upgrades such as a walk-in shower, heated floor and vanity, with inclusions per package.
- An allowance for older homes as a percentage of the renovation price, shown to the customer.
- Moving fixtures goes to an assessment.
- A minimum job price and your own rounding.
What stays with your visit
What's behind the walls and under the floor can't be seen from a form, and finishes are chosen with you. The estimate states its assumptions, and your visit sets the final price.
What your office receives
When you choose to collect contact details, the enquiry includes the room size, the upgrades chosen, the age of the home and the package price the customer saw.

Renovation questions
Won't customers treat the price as a quote?
Every result says the price is preliminary and lists its assumptions. You decide how wide your packages are and what each one includes.
How are older homes handled?
Homes built before 1960 add a stated allowance for surprises such as old plumbing, wiring or rot. If the owner doesn't know the age, the estimate shows a range.
What if they want to move the toilet or shower?
The template shows an assessment message instead of a price, because it depends on drain routes and the floor structure.
Can I add kitchens or basements?
Yes. Start a blank estimator with your own questions and packages. Each estimator has its own embed code and hosted link.
