More calls from the same website
Many homeowners put off new windows because they have no idea of the cost. When they can see your price, more of them call.
Fewer wasted consultations
People see your real prices first, so the ones who book a measure already know the job fits their budget.
Estimates while you're installing
Your website prices windows at night and on weekends, and the enquiry is waiting when your crew is done for the day.
Enquiries ready to quote
Window counts, insert or full-frame, the highest storey, trim and capping, and the package they liked arrive with every lead.
Sell the better window
Your packages side by side make the step up to triple glazing or a better frame easy to see, so more people choose it.
Your prices, your rules
Your prices per window, your minimum job and your packages. Bay, bow and heritage windows go to an assessment instead of a guess.

Start with the ready-made window replacement template, then add estimators for the other work you do.

Try it as a customer would
Fictional business and sample prices. Preliminary estimate based on the answers; final pricing follows an assessment.
What you control
- Installed prices per window for standard and large windows in each package.
- Full-frame installation as an extra amount per window.
- Upper-storey access for second and third storey windows.
- Interior trim and exterior capping, with inclusions per package.
- Bay, bow and heritage windows go straight to an assessment.
What stays with your measurement
Window counts and sizes are the customer's own, and frame condition is hard to judge from inside the house. The estimate states its assumptions, and your measurement visit sets the final price.
What your office receives
When you choose to collect contact details, the enquiry includes the window counts, installation type, storey, finishing and the package price the customer saw.

Window questions
How does the customer tell a standard window from a large one?
The questions give a simple size guide. You can change the wording, or the size where your prices change, to match how you price.
What if they don't know whether they need full-frame?
The template shows a range from insert to full-frame installation, and the result says the installation type isn't confirmed.
Can I quote bay and bow windows?
The template sends bay, bow and heritage windows to an assessment because they need measuring and often custom work. You can add your own prices for them if you prefer.
Can I offer more than two packages?
Yes. Add a package, such as a fibreglass line, and give it a price per window. Every package needs its own prices before you publish.
