For heating and cooling contractors
More heating and cooling calls, straight from your website
Put a furnace replacement estimator on your website. Homeowners answer a few questions about their installation and see your Good, Better and Best packages with real prices in about a minute. You get the call, with the job already described.

More calls from the same website
A homeowner with a failing furnace wants a rough cost before booking. When your website shows it, more of them call you.
Fewer wasted in-home visits
People see your real package prices first, so the ones who book a visit already know a new furnace fits their budget.
Estimates while you're on a call
Your website prices furnaces at night and on weekends, and the enquiry is waiting when your technicians are back.
Enquiries ready to quote
Project type, furnace location, venting answers, thermostat choice and the package they liked arrive with every lead.
Sell the better system
Good, Better and Best side by side makes the step up to higher efficiency or a smart thermostat easy to see, so more people choose it.
Your prices, your rules
Your packages, your installed prices and your add-ons. Fuel conversions and unusual installs go to an assessment instead of a guess.
Estimators for every HVAC job you sell
Start with the ready-made furnace replacement template, then add estimators for the other work you do.
Furnace replacement
Three packages, location and venting add-ons, and a thermostat upgrade that shows “Included” where it already is.
Air conditioner replacement
Central air packages by home size, with pad, line set and electrical work as add-ons.
Heat pump installation
Packages by home size and backup heat, with assessment for homes that need a load calculation.
Ductless mini-splits
Price by number of indoor heads, with line set length per foot and wall or ceiling heads as choices.
Maintenance plans
Yearly furnace and air conditioner tune-ups by plan, with extra systems priced each.
Air quality upgrades
Humidifiers, air cleaners and HRVs by package, added on their own or with a new furnace.
The furnace estimator, as your customers see it
Questions a homeowner can answer: project type, where the furnace is, whether venting needs work (with “I don't know”), and thermostat choice.
Try it as a customer would
Fictional business and sample prices. Preliminary estimate based on the answers; final pricing follows an assessment.
What you control
- Your packages. Call them Good, Better and Best, or the names you already use. Offer two, three or more.
- Your installed prices. One base price per package, using your real numbers.
- Installation add-ons. Attic or crawlspace access, venting work, condensate lines: fixed amounts added when they apply.
- Inclusions. If your top package already includes a smart thermostat, it shows “Included” instead of adding the upgrade again.
- Assessment stops. Fuel conversions or unusual installations can show an assessment request instead of a price.
What stays with your technicians
The estimator doesn't size equipment or replace a load calculation. It presents your packages with your assumptions so the homeowner understands the likely budget, and your site visit confirms the final scope and price.
What your office receives
When you choose to collect contact details, the enquiry carries the homeowner's answers, the package they were interested in and the estimate they saw.
- Project type
- Replace existing furnace
- Equipment location
- Attic
- Does the venting need work?
- Yes
- Thermostat
- Smart
Fictional example. Your estimator decides whether to ask for contact details.
HVAC questions
Can I use my own equipment packages and prices?
Yes. The template's prices are samples you replace. Name the packages, describe what each includes and set each installed price.
What if the homeowner doesn't know their venting or system type?
You choose what “I don't know” does for each question: show a range, use a stated assumption, or ask for an assessment. It's never silently treated as the cheapest answer.
Can I stop the estimate for a fuel conversion?
Yes. The template already does: choosing a fuel or system change shows an assessment request instead of package prices.
Does it work for air conditioning and heat pumps?
You can build those with your own questions and packages using the same tools. There isn't a ready-made template for them yet.
