Acceptable Use Policy

Estimator Studio is for giving customers honest preliminary prices for real work. Don't use it to:

• mislead people about prices, for example by showing prices you have no intention of honouring to bait enquiries;
• impersonate another business or use another business's name, logo or prices without permission;
• collect information people wouldn't expect, such as payment card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers, in estimator questions or notes;
• send enquiry contacts marketing they haven't agreed to, contrary to anti-spam laws;
• offer illegal goods or services, or discriminate against people;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or explicit;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, get around plan limits or the badge, or access other businesses' data;
• resell or white-label Estimator Studio without our written agreement.

If we find a breach, we may remove content, pause an estimator or suspend the account. Where it's fair to, we'll contact you first. To report misuse, email mail@estimatorstudio.com.
