Nothing appears where the estimator should be
- Check you pasted the whole code (both lines) into an HTML, Embed or Code element, not an ordinary text box. In a text box the code shows as text or is removed.
- Look at the published page, not the editor preview. Many editors don't run code in preview.
- Some website plans and hosts remove code from pages. If the code is gone when you reopen the page, use the hosted link as a button instead.
- Security, cookie-consent or caching tools can block scripts from other websites. Allow the estimator's address, or clear your website's cache after adding the code.
It says the estimator isn't available
- The estimator isn't published, or was unpublished. Open it and check the status on Publish.
- The subscription has ended or a payment needs attention. Check Billing.
It's cut off or has its own scroll bar
- The embed code sizes itself automatically. The iframe-only code can't, so give its box more height or switch to the embed code if your builder accepts it.
- Make sure the element you pasted into doesn't have a fixed height set in your website builder.
Old prices are showing
- Publish your latest changes: the website shows the live version, not your draft. Publish shows “Changes not published” when the draft is ahead.
- A customer who was already part-way through keeps the version they started with until they start again. That's intended.
The fallback that always works
If your website won't run the code, add a button or link to your estimator's hosted link. Customers get the same estimator and you get the same enquiries.
